THE RETURNS:

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package (the date indicated by the carrier being authentic) to notify us of your return request to  alexandrafrancecontact@gmail.com

• On Mondial Relay it's simple and practical, you just have to follow the steps by filling out the requests for information, e.g.: weight for 1 cup is 0.250 kg then enter the address indicated above the email and print the label and drop it off at the relay point closest to you, we will reimburse you for the costs by specifying the amount you have paid when you request!

• Once the package has been received, the condition of the goods will be checked and we will reimburse them within a maximum of 30 working days.
