Return Policy

We recommend opting for a service with tracking (without signature) in case of loss. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to validate the return in case of loss.

Once on Mondial Relay, follow the steps by filling in the requested information, such as weight (for example, 0.250 kg for a hat), and enter the address provided above. After receiving your package, we will check the condition of the goods and proceed with their refund within a maximum of 30 working days. Please enclose the original invoice with your instructions mentioned on it with your package.
Please note that the returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original label intact. You must ensure that the products arrive intact.
Refund:
We will proceed with the refund within 8 days after receipt, analysis of your request, and inspection of the returned items. To do so, please provide us with your bank account details (RIB) or specify the refund via PayPal in your request.
